Make certain that your DNS Activation process is configured correctly.
After Gulp Deployment of source file to your SSP folder, there may chance to miss some files and folders in our deployed SSP source folder. That’s why it shows blank page After domain Activation.
Most probably, this issue may cause for SCA latest versions.
We simply follow the steps outlined below in order to make the page visible:
- Compare with the Main SCA source file and SSP deployed Source file. And, list out which all files and folders are missing in our deployment. (exclude _source folder)
- Listing out names of some folders and files that have the chance to miss after gulp deployment:
- css folder
- font-awesome folder
- img folder
- checkout-templates.js file
- myaccount-templates.js file
- shopping-templates.js file
- Download the files files and folders from Main Source folder.
- Upload the file to corresponding SSP Folders using Add File option.
- If it is a folder, the prefered method is to create a new folder in your location and upload each files to it.
- For bulk file uploading use Advanced Add option >
- Choose downloaded ZIP file of folder
- Character Encoding – no change in normal case.
- URL is optional
- Destination Folder – Make sure that the destination is the folder that you need to add files.
Note: If the USE CDN Cache option in Domain Advanced is selected, the output of your website view may be delayed. As a result, it is preferable to uncheck the option. Also, for the most accurate results, clear your cache or open the website URL in an incognito Tab.
