In a saved search after selecting criteria, description is needed to be given.
For example, creating a saved search for fetching all Sales orders.
For selecting sales orders, description have only two options, “any of” and “none of“. To select all the sales orders, we have to manually click and select each sales orders.
Selecting each sales order manually is a time consuming process. In NetSuite we can add “is all” option by following below said steps:
- In Criteria, add Sales Order in filter region with description, “any of” or “none of“.
- Go to Available Filters subtab.
- In Available Filters subtab, add “Sales Order” from drop down box and select the check box Show in Filter Region.
- Click Preview.
- Saved search results will be displayed.
- In Filters, select ‘all‘, in Sales Order.
- Click Return to Criteria
- Description of criteria will be displayed as “is all“
