Need to pull the Expense Category information from the Vendor Bill record within the Saved Transaction Search.
Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > NewClick Transaction Search TypeSearch Title: Enter Title
Click Criteria tab click Standard subtabFilter:
- Select Type
- Type: Select any of
- Select Bill
- Click Set
- Select Applied To Transaction Fields…
- Applied To Transaction Filter: Select Expense Category
- Expense Category: Select none of
- Select -None-
- Click Set
Click Results tab click Columns subtab
Field:
- Select Applied To Transaction Fields…
- Applied To Transaction Field: Select Expense Category
- Click Add
Click Save & Run
