How to add custom API scorecard

Create a saved search as per the requirements, only saved searches with date field defined under Available filter are available for use as custom KPI

So in the saved search, in the available filter subtab give Date as a filter and check Show in filter region

After saving the saved search create custom API scorecard

Customization > Centers and Tab > KPI Scorecards > New

In the Content tab > Custom subtab

CUSTOM KPI #1 – Select the saved search created from the dropdown list

In the Content tab, under the KPI subtab

In KPI column select the CUSTOM KPI #1 and in label column give how it should be labelled in KPI Score card

In the Date Range column, select any date range from the drop down list

In the Highlighting column, select the KPI from the dropdown list which needs to be highlighted in the KPI Scorecard
