There will be another way for testing the changes we have done in an email template without placing order.
Steps
1.First of all we have to create an email template for the testing purpose[or we can select any inactive template that is not used].
2.Then we have to set the template with our latest code
3.For creating an email template go to → Documents → Templates → Email Templates → New.
4.Then save the template with corresponding changes.
5.Go to → Commerce → Website → Website list .
6.Take our corresponding domain and go to its Edit option.
7.In the website setup take the email tab.
8.Take the order recieved and check the send eamil option.
9.In the select system mail template option, select our email template and then go to the next eye icon , that is for the preview icon.
10.In the sales order drop down , choose any one for testing and go to preview icon.
11.Then our template can be viewed.
.Note: When we take the website record don’t save the record, just see the preview section only
