Email alert using Saved search

Scenario:

Require a search to alert us whenever a due date(ship date) is changed from 25/12/2022 to any other date

First, we need to create a saved search,

Under the email tab ticks the send email alert when records are created or updated check box.

In the specific recipients subtab enters the name of the person who needs to get the email alert and tick the send on update fields.

In the updated fields subtab, select the field as ship date and set when the old value is as 25/12/0/2022. (As per our requirement we can change the updated fields and the old value also)

Under the schedule tab, we can schedule the email.
