Proposal Summary
This proposal covers both the functional and UI development for developing a page for downloading the available items for https://www.platinumna.com/ website.
Requirement

To Develop the “DOWNLOADS” tab in the My Account section. when a customer logs the customer can download their item price file and any other file downloads (cataloges etc).
- It would have to be filtered to only list items that are displayed online
- It would need to reflect the price level/currency that is set for the customer
- It needs to be restricted to login access only
- Ideally it needs to be “live” so that it shows current pricing/information
Our Solution
We need to develop and extension for Download tab.
We can consider also following criteria.
- It would have to be filtered to only list items that are displayed online – We have some specific items that are only displayed for oneweld.ca. So, we will not be displaying those in this list.
- It would need to reflect the price level/currency that is set for the customer – Customer specific price level value will be displayed in the excel.
- It needs to be restricted to login access only
- Ideally, it needs to be “live” so that it shows current pricing/information – The current data from NetSuite at the time of download will be displayed in excel.
We are adding new tab Download and additional sub tab Product list view. The sample screenshot is added below.
Also, we include the final result will be look.
The customer will be able to download the items using the button and it will be downloaded in excel format only. The fields in the excel will be Name, SKU and price.
The functionality will be available in all devices and browsers.
