Skill Set Import

For the Skillset import, follow the below steps 

Step 1: Create the Skill category 

• Import Type – Custom records.  
  Record type – Skill Category 
   

• Field mapping 

Step 2: Create Skill 

Skills are created for each Skill Category 

• Import Type – Custom records.  
  Record type – Skill 
   
• Field Mapping 

 
Map Line Number to order the Skill list. 

Step 3: Create Skill Levels 
 
Skill levels are created for each Skill Category 

• Import Type – Custom records.  
  Record type – Skill Level 
• Field mapping 

 
Map Line number to give the order in which the levels should be displayed in the list. 

Step 4: Create Skill sets 
 
The skills and appropriate Skill levels are applied to the Resource’s employee record 

• Import Type – Custom records.  
  Record type – Skill Level 
   
• Field Mapping
