Scenario: When the user is trying to approve the inventory count, user is encountering the error “Invalid Bin number reference key XXX”, even though the bin is active and quantity is available in the bin.

Solution:
- Open the Item records in the inventory count one by one
- Click Inventory Detail
- Check if Quantity Available = Quantity On Hand
- Check if it matches the Quantity on count record
- If On Hand and Available are different, verify if there is an existing item fulfillment in picked state for that item
- To verify existing item fulfillments, Navigate to Related Records in item record, and check each item fulfillment one by one.
User may opt to delete the fulfillment and recreate it after approving the count. Alternatively, user may reject the count and recreate it to match the count quantity with the Snapshot Quantity. After approving the count, user may then create a new count with this item only after the fulfillment is shipped.
Also make sure there is no transaction happening while inventory count is on process.
