- Prepare a CSV file with the following columns:
- Internal ID
- Name
Note: Use the Internal ID of the Depreciation History record not the Internal ID of Fixed Asset record
2. Go to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records. In the Import Assistant Step 1 – Scan & Upload CSV File screen:
- Import Type: select Custom Records
- Record Type: select FAM Depreciation History
3. In the Import Assistant Step 2 – Import Options screen:
- Data Handling: Update
- Advanced Options: Run Server Suitescript And Trigger Workflows should not enable
4. In the Import Assistant Step 4 – Field Mapping screen, map the fields in your CSV file to the NetSuite fields
5. In the Import Assistant Step 5 – Save Mapping and Start Import screen:
- Enter an Import Map Name and Description
- Click Save & Run
