User is unable to see Landed Cost tab on the Item Receipt. If Landed Cost tab is not available on Item Receipt page, a user may have missed creating Landed Cost Categories.
To create Landed Cost Categories, perform the following:
- Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists > New
- Click Cost Category
- Enter a Name for the Cost Category
- Set Cost Type to Landed
- Select an Expense Account
- Click Save
