Saved Search Not Sending Email Alerts

Scheduled email alerts from a Saved Search no longer send out an email to a specific email address.

  1. Find the Recipients of Saved Search
    1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches
    2. Find the Saved Search in Concern
    3. Click Email Tab
    4. Click Specific Recipients sublist
    5. Take note the Email Address of Recipients
  1. To Check the Bounced Email Addresses, user may do the following:
    1. Navigate to  Lists Relationships > Bounced Email Addresses
    2. Remove the Email Addresses
    3. Once removed from the list, the Email Addresses should receive email alerts again

Note: The user may also try to recreate the Saved Search if the Email Address of the recipient is not included in the Bounced Email Addresses.
