Resolving Error: “Please enter value(s) for: Card Brand”

Scenario

Error: “Please enter value(s) for: Card Brand” upon removing a Credit Card on MyAccount page

Solution

In order for us to resolve this concern, we need to select the appropriate card brands for each Payment Method records 

  1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists
  2. Edit the Filter Type to Payment Method
  3. Edit the preferred Payment Method records
  4. On the Card Brands field, select the appropriate brand for each Payment Method
    Example: VISA: Card Brands field = “VISA”
  5. Click Save
