Scenario
Error: “Please enter value(s) for: Card Brand” upon removing a Credit Card on MyAccount page
Solution
In order for us to resolve this concern, we need to select the appropriate card brands for each Payment Method records
- Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists
- Edit the Filter Type to Payment Method
- Edit the preferred Payment Method records
- On the Card Brands field, select the appropriate brand for each Payment Method
Example: VISA: Card Brands field = “VISA” - Click Save
