Failed Status When Updating Asset Record via Csv Import

User is updating specific fields in the asset records and encounters a Failed job status without any response log.

1. Edit the CSV file and include only columns for the fields that needs to be updated
2. Reimport the file

a. Navigate to Setup Import/ Export Import CSV Records

b. Import Type select Custom Records

    Record Type selectFAM Asset

    Select the CSV file to be uploaded

c. Click Next

d. In the Import Option page, set Data Handling Option = Update

e. In Advanced Options section, set Run Server SuiteScript and Trigger Workflows select False

f. Click Next

g. Map the fields correctly

h. Click Next

i. Click Run
