A summary saved search needs to be created to find the customers with multiple address records.
Solution –
Create a customer-saved search with the required criteria. Under the criteria tab, navigate to the ‘Summary’ subtab.
Enter the following
Summary type – Count
Field – Address Internal ID
Description – is greater than 1
