Scenario
Add the carrier BOLLORE in the Shipping Carrier list field of Item Fulfilment.
Solution
Go to Customization> List,Record & Fields > Lists
From the list identify the custom list Shipping Carrier and click on edit
In the Custom list, add the carrier BOLLORE and save
Now in the item fulfillment record under the field Shipping Carrier the value BOLLORE is listed
