How to resolve adding matrix item to cart results to error failed when adding to cart

1. Navigating to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Item Options 

2. Edit Item Option record

3. Navigate to Sourcing & Filtering tab 

4. Populate the Source List field = Item

5. Populate the Source From field – Choose the field to source information from. The fields available are in the record selected in the Source List field

6. Click Save
