How to resolve the issue “This item is no longer available’ and item images not displayed when viewing purchases in My Account > Purchase History”

Description : “This item is no longer available” error message is thrown and item images not displayed on web store under My Account > Purchase History.

One of the possible reasons for this error is that previously purchased item(s) are no longer associated with the item segment mapped to the shopper’s customer segment.

Solution
  1. Navigate to Commerce Marketing Customer Segment Manager
  2. Take note of the name of Item Segment mapped to affected Customer Segment 
  3. Edit the affected Item Segmentrecord (such as item collection or commerce category)
  4. Under Items tab, add affected item(s) to the list from My Account Purchase History page
  5. Select Save
