Resolving the issue when trying to upload and submit off of the form at the bottom of the site – an error message pops up that says: “Something Went Wrong”. when insufficient permission is provided.
After getting the error “Something went wrong” after submitting the form,
Add try-and-catch block to the code block, add error console message in the catch block in the suitescript file and deploy the extension
then try to submit the form, Go to the SSP application in NetSuite. If the error shows for that line, ” insufficient permission,”
Try to change the role of the SuiteScript in service file on netsuite
and then try to submit the form again
Because of the insufficient permission provided for the extension, the form was not submitted. So, try other roles in service file for the suite script
