Email is not sent when there are multiple emails and the message body shows the script error

NetSuite inherently imposes a limitation on the sending of bulk emails, specifically restricting users from sending more than 10 emails at a time. Should a user attempt to exceed this limit, they will receive an email notification with the message “Confirmation email not sent,” which is sent back to the current employee of the account.

To address and overcome this limitation, the following steps can be taken:

  1. Establish a custom field equipped with email functionality.
  2. Enable users to send bulk emails by dividing them into groups of 10 or fewer at a time.
  3. Develop a custom email field to empower users to send emails without encountering any predefined limitations.
