Scenario
In a Sales Order, a newly created Price Level is not showing in the Price Level column dropdown for a specific Item.

Solution
A. Check if the item has a Base Price set
- Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items
- Click Edit next to the Item record used in Sales Order
- Click Sales/Pricing tab
- Base Price: Enter Value

- Click Save
B. Check if the Price Level now shows in the Sales Order
- Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders
- Click Items tab
- Item: Select Item
- Price Level: Click dropdown arrow to verify that the newly created Price Level is now showing.
