Missing Payment Methods After Enabling Payment Instruments Feature

Scenario

When users enable the Payment Instruments feature under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Transactions subtab > Payment Processing section, some Payment Methods are not available on the Payment Options of a transaction form.

Solution

1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists
2. Type: Select Payment Method
3. Edit the missing Payment Method
4. Save without making any changes

Note: This retriggers the Payment Method and should make it available on the Payment Options of transactions
