As an administrator, you can access this feature by going to Lists > Marketing > Create Keyword Campaigns. Here, you can select categories, managers, start and end dates, and more, streamlining the campaign creation process.
  2. Importing Keyword Campaigns: If you have keyword campaign data in CSV files, you can import it into NetSuite. NetSuite even provides a template file to ensure that you include all the necessary information. This is an efficient way to transfer existing campaigns into the system. You can initiate this process either from the Campaigns > Marketing menu or as an administrator from Lists > Marketing > Create Keyword Campaigns > Import.
  3. Creating Keyword Campaigns Individually: For more granular control, you can create keyword campaigns individually. This approach is useful when you want to add paid search keyword information to campaigns. You can access this by clicking on the “Keyword” subtab on the campaign record and entering the keyword data.

Regardless of the method you choose, NetSuite automatically names your keyword campaigns based on your preferred naming template, ensuring consistency and organization.

Monitoring and Reporting

Once your keyword campaigns are up and running, NetSuite empowers you to track their performance comprehensively. You can create saved searches to export the necessary data to search engines, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
