Report to get Number of times an items was used in transaction for particular period of time

SCENARIO:

The Client requires to know the items that were used in transactions for last 4 years and how many times it was used.

SOLUTION:

Create a Saved Transaction Serach:

Once the transaction search page opens:

In Criteria provide following details

1. Posting is true
2. Date created: on or after(mention date)
3. Taxline: false
4. Mainline: False
5. Shipping line: false
6. Type: Invoice, bill
7. Status: any of Bill open, Bill paid in full, invoice open, invoice paid in full

In Results provide following details:

1. Item:- Summary type Group
2. Transaction Number:- Summary type Count

Provide a name for the report and click on Save and run button.
