Create a Saved Search to display Sales Orders and the Website it was created from

Scenario

User needs to create a saved search that displays the sales orders and the website it originated from

Solution

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Click Transaction
3. Search Title: Enter Title
4. Click Criteria
5. Click Standard
6. Filter:

• Select Source
  1. Source:  Select   any of
  2. Select  Web
  3. Click  Set
• Select Type
  1. Type: Select any of
  2. Select Sales Order
  3. Click Set

1. Click Results
2. Click Columns
3. Click Remove All
4. Field:

1. Note: For every required field use of the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.

• Select Source
  • Summary Type: Select Group
• Select Transaction Number
  • Summary Type: Select Count
• Select Customer (Main Line) Fields…
  • Customer (Main Line) Field: Select Is Individual
    

Click Save
