Prepare the csv file which needs to be imported into netsuite. While preparing the csv file make sure that mandatory fields like Item Code, Global Code, Primary Group, Match bill to Receipt are included in the csv file. We can also add more fields to the file as per the requirements.
We need to prepare the file as Parent Matrix Item and Child Matrix Item separately
- Asset Account, COGS Account and Income Account are for Parent Matrix Item and Column should be blank for Child matrix Item
- Under Matrix Type column value for Parent Item should be Parent matrix Item and Child Matrix Item for child item
- Tax schedule is for Parent Matrix Item only
