Description : The steps below will create a search that will track how many times registered customers placed items in their shopping carts but did not complete checkout.
This method applicable mainly for Site Builder
Solution
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Click the Shopping Cart link
- At the Criteria tab, add the SubTotal filter and set it to “Not empty” or “Greater than 0”
- At the Results tab, add the following fields:
- Shopper: Name
- Shopper: Email
- Days Old
- Items In Cart
- Sub-Total Amount
- Date Created
- Date Last Item Added
- Click Save & Run
