Error in Custom Report Deletion

REQUIREMENT

When trying to delete a custom report in NetSuite, an error occurred “You cannot delete this report until all of its associated schedules and results have been deleted”

SOLUTION

Deleting a report returned with an error message; occurs when the report may have been scheduled or has associated results.

Delete the Report Schedule

1. Login to Administrator Role
2. Navigate to Reports > Scheduled Reports > Report Schedules
3. Schedule Name: Identify the desired Report
4. Click Edit 
5. Actions: Select Delete

Delete the Report Results

1. Navigate to Reports > Scheduled Reports > Report Results
2. Schedule Name: Identify the desired Report
3. Delete Results: Click Delete
   Note: This is located at the far right hand of the page. All Report Results must be deleted.   

Delete Saved Reports

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Reports > All Saved Reports
2. Title: Identify the desired Report
3. Delete: Click the cross icon
   Note: This is located at the far right hand of the page.
4. Click Yes
