The process of unclosing a closed sales order
- Click on the edit button of a closed sales order.
- Under the items subtab – against the line item- click on the column closed and uncheck the checkbox.
- Click on save – the status of the sales order will now change to pending fulfilment.
Issue –
The company was unable to reopen the closed sales order even after unchecking the closed checkbox
Reason –
The quantity of the item against the item under the item subtab is given as zero or is not given and so the amount column is also blank. This makes the sales order to remain in the closed status even after unchecking the closed checkbox against the item under the item subtab.
