Error message while creating PO from Requisition

SCENRIO

The client gets following error message while creating PO from requisistion.

“YOU MUST ENTER AT LEAST ONE LINE ITEM FOR THIS TRANSACTION“

SOLUTION

Provide the order rate in the order requsition page against the line of requsistion.
