1. For that, we need to login to Magento admin and click on Amasty

2. When we click on Amasty we will get 4 options,

1. Custom Forms
2. Google Invisible Captcha
3. Modules & Notifications
4. Amasty Marketplace

In that, we need to click on the custom forms

3. In Custom forms, there will be 3 options,

1. Forms

2. Submitted data

3. Configuration

We need to click on Forms

4. We will get many forms as shown below

5. We need to click on the select option given and click on edit

when we click on edit we will be redirected to a page given below

6. On that page, we need to click on Form Creator

Then we can see many fields as shown below.

7. click on select and options will be shown we just need to drag on where it should be placed and just drop there.

8. when we refresh we can see an additional field in Did you find the product?
