Description : “This item is no longer available” error message is thrown and item images not displayed on web store under My Account > Purchase History.
One of the possible reasons for this error is that previously purchased item(s) are no longer associated with the item segment mapped to the shopper’s customer segment.
Solution
- Navigate to Commerce > Marketing > Customer Segment Manager
- Take note of the name of Item Segment mapped to affected Customer Segment
- Edit the affected Item Segmentrecord (such as item collection or commerce category)
- Under Items tab, add affected item(s) to the list from My Account > Purchase History page
- Select Save
