When we download a invoice from the website myaccount section and there are some values are missing in thet pdf but same values are present in the NetSuite downloaded invoice we can use this solution to solve the problem like this.
- check which pdf template is used for downloading pdf and check the fields are correct in respective template, you can navigate Customization > Forms > Advance PDF/HTML Templates and you will find respective template.
- If all fields are correct in Advanced PDF/HTML template check the invoice form which is used for the invoices, you can navigate through Customization > Forms > Transaction forms and select respective forms.
- If find any errors in the form like below give correct default value to solve the error then your pdf will show correctly in NetSuite as well website.
