In a website when purchasing items, only one item facing an issue

In the Boulevard site “https://www.scathemesb.ga/” under the totes category all items showing an “add personalization button” expect Kylie item. In the Kylie item the button display only when we refreshing the site once or many times

Solution

1. Take the product which facing the issue and take the item record in the Netsuite
2. Take another product which have no issue , and take its corresponding item record of the item
3. Compare all settings , means all check boxes check or uncheck
4. here compare two products
5. The first product which have no issue

Take its corresponding item record in Netsuite

Then take the item which facing that issue[here it for Kylie tote item]

Here the add personalization button not appear at first time, take its corresponding item record on Netsuite

Here the ” is configurable ” check box is unchecked , that’s why the button is not displayed here

After we check the box and save the item record the “add personalization button is displayed” in the product

The button is dispayed in the PDP page of the item
