This proposal covers the development for the updates on Make a payment page in the SCA webstore for NICKOLLS & PERKS website.
Requirement
The ‘Make A Payment’ on my account page is causing issues as it doesn’t work properly.
When a customer goes through to process of the payment of an invoice, it says payment method is not required, when pressing submit it takes you to a page saying payment has been transacted when it hasn’t, so clients are convinced they have paid.
Deliverables
The issue arises when a customer clicks the submit button without entering the card details.
If we add the card details and submit then the payment record will create in NetSuite account.
So as a solution we will disable the ‘Submit’ button in the review page until user enters the card details. And the button will gets enable only if the user enters the card details.
After entering the card details, we will get
Then after submit, the payment will create in NetSuite.
Assumptions
- Development will be initially done in the sandbox and then will be pushed to production once verified in the sandbox.
