Missing Domain URL on Web Site Setup Page

When domains that are already setup in your website’s setup go missing without any action or modification. However, manually entering back the missing URL will result to Domain Name Already In Use error.

Solution

To be able to enter the domain back, the domain list should be refreshed. 

1. Navigate to Commerce > Hosting > Domains
2. Click New
3. Fill out all the necessary fields
   • Domain Type
   • Domain Name (non-existing domain)
   • Web Site
   • Hosting Root
4. Click on Save

After saving, the list should be refreshed. By then, the missing domain can now be entered and accepted by the system.
