Prerequisites for NetSuite Quality Management

Effective quality management helps our organization meet regulatory and internal quality expectations that can help formalize and assess our company’s inventory and process standards. The NetSuite Quality Management SuiteApp provides templates and tools to help us maintain and associate quality data with other business records and workflows. 

Prerequisites 

We must enable the features before working with the NetSuite Quality Management SuiteApp
To enable prerequisite features: 

  1. Go to Setup > Company Enable Features. 
  2. On the Company subtab, check the following boxes: 
  • Locations 
  • Multiple Units of Measure 
  • File Cabinet 
  1. On the Transactions subtab, check the following boxes: 
  • Return Authorizations 
  • Purchase Orders 
  • Vendor Return Authorizations 
  1. On the Items & Inventory subtab, check the Inventory box. 
  1. On the SuiteCloud subtab, check the following boxes: 
  • Custom Records 
  • Client SuiteScript 
  • Server SuiteScript 
  • SuiteFlow 
  1. Click Save
