Report to get details of attachment and folders related to bill.

SCENARIO:

The Client requires to a report where they can see a bill and its related attachment and folder in which attachment are kept.

SOLUTION:

Create a Saved Transaction Serach:

  1. Navigation: Report>Saved Search>New
  2. Select type of search: Transaction.

Once the transaction search page opens:

In Criteria provide following details

  1. Type: Bill
  2. Date: This year
  3. Mainline: True

In Results provide following details:

  1. Date
  2. Period
  3. Type
  4. Document Number
  5. Transaction Number
  6. Subsidiary
  7. name
  8. Memo
  9. File fields: internal ID
  10. File fields: name
  11. File fields: Folder
  12. File fields: type

Provide a name for the report and click on Save and run button.
