There are two ways of resolving the problem depending on the use case
Delete the Domain with incorrect DNS Setup entirely
Navigate to Commerce > Hosting > Domains
Problematic Domain: Click Edit
Actions: Hover
Click Delete
Reconfigure the DNS Setup and retrigger the Deployment process
Update and correct the DNS Setup on the Domain provider side
Navigate to Commerce > Hosting > Domains
Problematic Domain: Click Edit
Click Save
Note: Do not create/save Domain Name that is still associated on third-party applications to NetSuite UI Domain records
