Saved search for sending an email notification to the administrator

The client would like to send an email notification to the administrator upon adding or updating entries in the custom record created for storing the error. If any entries are added to this record an email will be sent to the administrator containing the error message.
To achieve this requirement create a saved search and use the expression to evaluate the field.

Chose the recipient from the list and check the checkbox to send the notification on update.
