Scenario
User noticed that when trying to send out emails from a Saved Search, while using a Customized Message, it sends results of the Saved Search instead of the actual Customized Message.
User must ensure the field Summarize Scheduled Emails is unchecked. Having this checked would not send the customize message. This is addressed in Enhancement 188053
Solution
- Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches
- Click Edit beside the Saved Search in question
- Click Email
- Summarize Scheduled Emails: Remove Checkmark
Note: Ensure not to group the results of the Saved Search. If grouped, Customized Message would not be sent. This is because the Customized Message would only work for single-record results.
