Can we update the auto-log off time to be x hours for a web store?
After 20 minutes of inactivity in a NetSuite-hosted web store, the user is logged out and becomes an anonymous shopper. There is no automatic re-login to the web store.
However, settings in the NetSuite account (like absolute and idle session timeout) can affect the website timeout value.
For example, if the absolute session timeout value is set to 15 minutes, the website session will end after 15 minutes.
By default, the idle session timeout value is 180 minutes (3 hours). An administrator can configure the Idle Session Timeout in Minutes value for an account. Valid values range from 15 minutes to 720 minutes (12 hours).
As per NetSuite standard, there is an option for the idle session timeout for Netsuite. As per the document given by the NetSuite, it may apply the same for the website. But we could n’t able to update the session time out for Webstore.
