Create a Link that Opens a New Email Message with Default Email Template

Navigate to Home > Set Preferences > General tab > Defaults section to check Show Internal IDs. Click Save.  Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees. Take note of the Internal ID of the Employee record where you want the message to be stored. Navigate to Documents > Templates > Email Templates.
