Upload a PDF Form and Attach to Advanced PDF/HTML Template

To include an uploaded PDF form to the Advanced PDF/HTML Template of an Invoice so that the Invoice PDF being sent through email contains the PDF form that their customers need to accomplish.

  1. Upload File
    1. Navigate to Documents Files > File Cabinet
    2. Click Preferred Folder
    3. Top-left corner: Click Add File
    4. Select File
    5. Click Open
    6. Preferred File: Click Edit
    7. Available Without Login: Enter Checkmark
    8. Take note of third URL field
    9. Click Save
  2. Edit Advanced PDF/HTML Template
    1. Navigate to Customization Forms > Advanced PDF/HTML Template
    2. Preferred Invoice PDF Template: Click Customize or Edit
    3. Top-right corner: Toggle Source Code
    4. Locate where to display the URL
    5. Add the following code:
      <a href="URL">PDF FORM</a>

      Note: Replace URL with actual URL from Step 1 and replace the “&” in the link with “&amp;”. Replace the PDF Form with the text that will be displayed on the Invoice PDF.
