Using the Sent Email List

The Sent Email List provides a view into all outgoing email sent from an account. You can view email that was delivered successfully as well as email that was not delivered to the recipient. By default, the Sent Email List and search capabilities are only accessible to users with the Administrator role.

  1. You have several options to view the information about the Sent Email List:
    • Go to Setup > Company > Communication > Sent Email List.
    • Go to Setup > Company > Communication > Sent Email List > Search. On the Sent Email Search page, click Personalize Search or Create Saved Search.
    • To create a saved search, go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches. Click New Saved Search. In the list, click Sent Email List. Customize the search as required, and click Save.
  2. The Sent Email List or Sent Email Saved Search page display the results of email generated from your NetSuite account. The status of email in the list will be either Sent or Not Sent.
    Sent – The message was sent from NetSuite and delivered to all recipients. That is, none of the email addresses were bounced or filtered.
    Not Sent – The message was not delivered to at least one of the intended recipients. At least one of the email addresses was bounced or was filtered before sending
  3. To view the delivery status, click the corresponding row number with the status of Not Sent or Sent.
